Jack Hatfield is founder and President of Hatfield and Associates. Mr. Hatfield has over 25 years in LTL and Truckload experience. He has worked for Yellow Freight and Consolidated Freightways in a variety of capacities such as Terminal Startup, Terminal Management and National Accounts.

Tom Magusiak is our Senior Vice President in charge of Supply Chain Solutions. Mr. Magusiak has worked for Fortune 500 Companies such as GE and Emerson Electric. He has also worked in Medical Supply Chains dealing with a host of government agencies. He has in depth knowledge of small package and container movements. He has also worked to implement several warehouse management systems.

Henry Karel is our Senior Associate with over 40 years experience in Supply Chain Management, LTL Rate Negations, Cargo Claims and Intermodal Transportation. Before coming to Hatfield & Associates Mr. Karel worked for the past 17 years at International Paper. He is also past President of NASSTRAC and has held many positions with other large distribution organizations.

Jason Hatfield is our Director of Information Systems and Electronic Payments. Jason has over 12 years experience  in the IT and Electronic Payments Industry. Before coming to Hatfield & Associates he held many positions with Concord EFS / First Data focusing on integrated POS technologies and IT systems. Mr. Hatfield also worked with numerous implementation projects with large and small corporations.

Mr. Young is our Director of Business Development. Mr. Young has over 35 years in transportation, manufacturing purchasing, supply chain systems and carrier rate negotiations. Previously Mr. Young held numerous executive positions with Roadway Express focusing in  O S & D claims, inbound and outbound routing and sales.  

Jeff H Baranski
Vice President Business Development

Jeff Baranski is a customer focused, results-oriented supply chain leader with 25+ years experience within Fortune 500 companies. He is a solid supply chain leader in the areas of transportation, customer service, customer relationships, inventory, third party and project management. While leading several departments he developed new and innovative programs that are still being used today.

In addition to his supply chain experience, Jeff has designed and coordinated the implementation of several major software programs.

Today, Mr. Baranski is responsible for leading the Business Development team at Hatfield & Associates and supporting the Audit and Operations departments.
